Hmmm, I would think if you built the shop AROUND theirs, like literally enclose it, with a tiny, hard to find entrance, so TECHNICALLY their stock is accessible... That's pretty malicious compliance. 🤔

I do think BigT has to pull an Uno Reverse Card on Scar and BDubs. Build a proper shop apart from their little pop-up shop, then place a violation notice on their build from the terracotta collective (which you guys are the majority permit holders) stating that they build a solo shop apart from the collective and made it a pop-up shop, which aren't allowed anymore either. If they try to claim otherwise, simply tell them that the majority of the collective has spoken and they must comply or risk forfeiting their permits. If they don't give in, threaten to get Grian involved (as Grian's explicit instruction to Scar and Skizz was to not cause him any more work regarding the permits.) Hilarity ensues.

All Big T has to do is make their own shop. Surely the majority holders are more the collective than 2 people. That means they would be in violation for selling a collective item outside of the collective.

Hi & WEll Grian did put them in Charge of making sure all People with permits have there shops up & stocked. IF not they get told. & can loss there permits if not doing what they have to so. I love this. I want to see you join Bdoubles & Scar selling your Terracotta. That be great to see. & remember At the start Grian did say you do not have to sell your things together just have them sold in the same area. It was up to you all on how you will sell your things. Do not have to join up. If you are not selling what your permit is about you are at fault. You do know that what they made could be considered a pop up shop. If you make something larger they will need to comply into the place thay Big T made since all tericotta should be together.

I hate this Poe Poe arc so much. It's just going to be divisive. I find the constant cries of "Trial! Trial!" ruin roleplay servers. Everything becomes an attempt to claim some infraction to punish. I want to watch good builds and fun minigames and stuff, not a bunch of people *trying* to be angry at each other. And the Hermits should know that as soon as you guys start going down that path, people in the comments are going to go too far and you guys are going to have to start telling people to calm down and stop saying nasty stuff about people. How many times have you been through this before? Every prank war?

Technically, Scar built a pop-up shop. All you need to do to take back control of the collective is to build the actual permanent shop. When the poo up purge happens, Scar will be forced to tear down his own shop
